As existing landlords with Rose & Jones, our clients were looking to add another long-term asset to their investment portfolio on the Gold Coast.

Prior to auction we negotiated terms that allowed us to advertise and show prospective tenants immediately following the potential purchase, as to secure a strong tenant with minimal vacancy upon settlement in early 2024.
